New York

I had the chance at the begining of November to go up to New York and watch my nephew, Jaminson, run the New York marathon!! The weekend was so much fun! Caroline and Lizzie flew out from Utah and even Maddie came over from Ireland for it! It was so fun to all be together!! We had the best time!! Sarah had all of our marathon routes to meet up with James planned like a boss. Ginny was the best baby the whole time. And leading up to the race we got to go to the temple, a farmer's market, Central Park, Time's Square, see a show and eat the most delicious food ever! We also went to the MET after the race and I couldn't have been a happier auntie. It was so fun being with all my nieces and my nephew as grown-ups. They are so fun!!

Airport all by myself... a rarity!
Maddie and I met up at the airport in New York together. We were quite the pair. Only caught the subway the wrong way once the whole time!! She kept me feeling young and spritely when I wanted to feel old and failing!!
Bagels in the morning... delicious! Well worth the wait!
On our way to the temple!

After the temple, the farmer's market before we hit Central Park!

Lots of Central Park pictures! That skyline was so pretty!

On our way to dinner.... dessert! The most delicious Gelato!!

We went to dinner at the famous Seinfeld diner!

Exactly how much can we fit in one day.... Let's go to a show next!! Time's Square? Yes!!

Next up.... Race Day!! We had matching shirts, posters, a big Ginny face... all the things. Sarah didn't miss a beat!!

Our last day together we went to breakfast and then to the MET. Quite interesting seeing everyone's personalities come out in the things they liked the most at the museum. It was a perfectly delightful morning/afternoon before I caught the bus back to the airport and headed home.

One more thing! Ginny was turning 1 the very next weekend so we got to celebrate her a little early!!
