Wild Florida!!

I packed up the kids, let them invite a few friends and went to Wild Florida! We were sneak-peeking the Drive-thru Safari and it did not disappoint... especially checking out our new giraffe. Afterward we went through the park... fed the birds, played on the playground and enjoyed ice cream afterwards. It was a fun day!!

St. Louis

One of my best friends and old college roomate, Molly, lost her husband in September. I was just dying to go out and be with her so the day after Halloween I flew out to St. Louis to be with her for a long weekend. It was a wonderful trip. I loved being there with her and her kids... they are the most darling children in all the world... so smart, fun and just a joy to be with. We had such a nice time being together... working out, going to breakfast, and late night chats... almost just like college!

Can't wait to go back!

Halloween 2019

Halloween is alway a busy time! The kids have school parades, school costumes, carving pumpkins, church trunk-or-treats, and of course trick-or-treating!!

Our ward trunk-or-treat. Benny was a comfy spiderman, Ivy a scary witch and Jackson a Miami Hurricanes fan.

Next up was all of our school parades. Ivy had to be a vocabulary word. Jackson managed to be the same costumes somehow... fine by me!! And Benny's day tuckered him out!!

And finally the actual night of Halloween... the only time Benny was able to wear his mask!
