These 2 are quite the pair. Ivy absolutely LOVES Sandy! I've been noticing this little budding relationship quite a bit lately as Sandy has been under attack. A few weeks ago Sandy killed our neighbors cat :( As long as we've had her, she has never really liked cats (and this certainly wasn't the first one she's killed) but unfortunately it happened to be someones pet this time. They were very good about it, at first, but something changed recently and I've gotten some pretty nasty remarks about Sandy being "dangerous", "with a violent history", and not fit for a "family neighborhood", etc...
I'm sorry but Sandy is the sweetest, gentlest, mildest, dog I've ever known. She is far from dangerous, certainly not violent (unless you're a cat, I guess), and quite fit for a family neighborhood. Just felt I needed to give her a shout out - we love our Sandy!!
