Scalloping in Crystal River 2023

We enjoyed an extended scalloping trip this year! We stayed 2 nights and had 2 full days on the boat! (We could have had 3 but the kids vetoed it. We went to breakfast instead and then headed home)

There was a large group that went out on the water this year so it was super fun being with friends and family. Plus, our pet sitter bailed last minute so we decided to try and bring Rosco along. He was the BEST boat dog!! We loved having him with us!! 

4th of July

Well. I was at Jackson's volleyball tournament on the 4th of July. We got home around 7:00. It had been a stormy day anyhow and things were winding down when we got home. This was the only picture taken on the day. A beautiful shot of the lake and a game of corn hole! Maybe next year!

 

AAU National Volleyball Tournament

Jackson's club volleyball team went to the national tournament in July. Conveniently, it was at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. Also conveniently, it didn't end Sunday so he was able to attend the entire tournament to the last day. The boys played great! It was a lot of fun and they brought home 3rd place!

So tuckered on the drive home!

Benny's haircut!

Dinners at Village Inn when I'm out of town (Daniel loves the pot roast - he's like an 80 year old man). 

I know I mentioned Ivy was sick, but it hit Booje too...

This box remained in our living room for weeks. 

Ivy was able to attend our old congregations girls camp. Sadly, I had to pick her and Sophie both up early with fevers. She enjoyed it for the 2 days she was there but was pretty miserable for a good week afterwards.

We did celebrate this man on Father's Day!!! We are so lucky to have him!!!
