So something really exciting that happened in August is...
We sold our 5 acre piece of property down Lake Gentry Road (we weren't looking to sell but a realtor approached us with a buyer and pretty much said name your price... how coud we refuse?!) and not a full week after we closed on that property we closed on the purchase of another piece of property we found, 3 of the most beautiful acres on Alligator Lake. If that's not meant to be, not sure what is!
It is going to require a bit of work, demolition of the existing house, a lot of tree work and ground work but it's gorgeous, right on the lake with so much potential it makes me giddy!!! Can't wait for whats in store for us here.
